Patient Zero Board Game Overview

Patient Zero Board Game Strategy
In the Patient Zero classic game, there are several strategies you can take to be more competitive:

WORKER UNITS
Your WORKER units are your most precious assets. Moving your WORKER units to resource tiles with high odds of producing resources is a key strategic step that might make you win the game. Throwing two six-sided dice produces one of 36 different outcomes, but because we use the sum, the resulting totals from 2-12 have different probabilities of occurring, as shown on the right. There is only one way to roll a 2, but 5 different ways of rolling a 6. Try to move your WORKERs to resource tiles with 6, 8, 5, and 9 on them. Producing TRANSPORT units early will allow you to travel faster on the board by carrying your WORKER units to other parts of the board.

SUBWAY TILES
SUBWAY tiles allow you to get to your opponent’s territory faster. And it also makes it easier for your opponents to come to your territory. Occupy the nearest SUBWAY tile as soon as possible and try to send your WORKER or SOLDIER units to other SUBWAY tiles to block your opponent’s expansion.

HOSPITAL TILES
HOSPITAL tiles produce the Patient Zero unit in the game. Getting your WORKER unit to the HOSPITAL tile as soon as possible will help you win the game in the Default Patient Zero mission. When you occupy the HOSPITAL tile, you also make your opponent’s job difficult.

STRATEGIC USE OF ZOMBIE INFECTION
You can send one of your units early in the game to your opponent’s territory and place it adjacent to a ZOMBIE tile and your opponent’s units. When 7 is thrown, your unit will become a ZOMBIE unit spreading infection further in to your opponent’s territory making it more difficult for your opponent to move around.
